ACT Consultation Group for Therapists.

Join a community of ACT Therapists.

  • Group Case Consultation.

You’ve got the clients, you’re utilizing skills in session, but there’s no one to discuss your cases with when you feel stuck. You don’t have to feel alone in private practice. An ACT case consultation group helps you get unstuck, find a community of like-minded ACT practitioners, and feel rejuvinated as a therapist again.

  • ACT-centered Community and Connection.

Join a group of practitioners to discuss cases with and feel less alone in private practice. Being with others who support you and just “get it” can make therapy less lonely. Just like our clients, clinicians need safe spaces to debrief sessions, get feedback, and review cases in order to best show up for clients.

  • Grow Skills.

In an ACT Case Consultation Group for therapists, you’ll grow your ACT skills as you listen to other clinicians share their perspective of how to approach cases. Oftentimes, fliers are shared, knowledge is given, and growth happens in a compassionate environment with other therapists who want to case consultation assisance.

What are the core principles of ACT?

“ACT uses acceptance and mindfulness processes, and commitment and behavior change processes, to produce greater psychological flexibility” (Bach, P. & Moran, D., ACT in Practice, 2008).

The goal is not to always feel happy or to get rid of sad feelings. The goal is to work towards behaving in the service of attaining goals or outcomes that align with your values.
